Qualifications:
- Active registration as a Cath Lab Tech (RCIS or equivalent)
- Experience in Imaging and Cardiac Catheterization laboratory procedures
- Valid state licensure as required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, high-stakes clinical situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Set up, operate, and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment
- Monitor patient status and vital signs during procedures, reporting concerns to the healthcare team
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Accurately document procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records
