Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current ARRT certification or equivalent state licensure required
  • Prior experience as a Cath Lab Tech in an acute care hospital or medical facility
  • Proficiency in operating cath lab equipment and capturing high-resolution digital images
  • Familiarity with interventional procedures, sterile technique, and radiation safety protocols
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with physicians and team members
  • Strong attention to clinical detail and patient comfort during procedures
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cath lab suite and assist in a variety of cardiac and vascular diagnostic/interventional procedures
  • Ensure accurate imaging, documentation, and data management throughout all phases of patient care
  • Assist physicians with device management, catheterization, and contrast injections as required
  • Monitor patient response and support comprehensive care through effective teamwork
  • Maintain rigorous safety and infection control standards at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training, quality initiatives, and process improvements
