Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and operate imaging and monitoring equipment in the catheterization laboratory
  • Assist physicians with angiograms, stent placements, and other cardiac cath lab procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies, ensuring optimal safety throughout procedures
  • Maintain sterile technique and strict adherence to infection control protocols
  • Document procedures, findings, and utilize hospital clinical systems accurately
  • Support setup and cleanup of the lab, ensuring all equipment is ready and properly maintained
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and department policies at all times

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure/certification as a Cath Lab Tech (RCIS or ARRT preferred)
  • Proven experience in imaging and cath lab environments
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, vascular access, and interventional tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly within a multidisciplinary team
  • Skills in maintaining composure and efficiency in urgent, high-stakes situations
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care
