Working within a leading cardiac catheterization unit, you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge equipment such as Philips Fluoro Systems and specialized EMR platforms, including Meditech. The team of 16 skilled professionals values collaboration and innovative practice, ensuring that you engage with knowledgeable peers and dedicated physicians known for high-quality patient care and a progressive structural heart program.
Schedule:
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; rotating weekends
- On-call rotation; candidates must be housed within 30 minutes of the lab
Qualifications:
- Valid ACLS certification
- 1–2 years of direct Cath Lab experience
- Proficient in scrub and monitoring duties
- Preferred: Experience in EP, structural heart procedures, right heart monitoring
- Positive, energetic approach; commitment to excellence in patient care
- Willingness to share call responsibilities and work as part of a high-functioning team
Responsibilities:
- Assist with a variety of cath lab procedures including LHC, RHC, EP ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants, cardioversions, and tilt table tests
- Work collaboratively to manage patient care within a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio in a well-equipped, modern environment
- Participate in unit protocols and contribute to ongoing quality improvement
