Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization lab
• Solid understanding of radiological imaging equipment and procedures
• Ability to function as a scrub assistant while maintaining sterility
• Comfortable providing patient care under RN supervision
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families
• Meticulous documentation skills for accurate record-keeping
• Demonstrated initiative in promoting patient safety and continuous improvement

Core Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures
• Operate imaging equipment in the lab and monitor in the control room
• Maintain a clean, organized unit and appropriate stock levels
• Educate and prepare patients and families for procedures
• Accurately complete daily, progress, and discharge documentation
• Participate actively in patient safety and process improvement projects
• Perform additional supportive tasks as needed
