Embark on an impactful assignment as a Cath Lab Technologist with specialized skills in both imaging and interventional radiology. This role is critical in supporting cutting-edge cardiology and radiology procedures, requiring experience in electrophysiology and the ability to skillfully scrub and monitor devices and ablations. The position is contract-based with a 13-week commitment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • 1-2 on-call nights every week
  • Call rotation every 3rd or 4th weekend

Qualifications:

  • Active ARRT certification required
  • Demonstrated experience in a Cath Lab environment, including both scrub and monitoring roles
  • Hands-on skills with electrophysiology (EP) devices and ablation procedures
  • Background in interventional radiology and a completed IR skills checklist
  • Capability to handle a caseload with approximately 40% radiology cases
  • Readiness to provide on-call coverage for interventional radiology
  • Preference for candidates able to assist with both interventional radiology and cardiology cases
  • Applicants must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vital support functions in the Cath Lab, including device scrubbing, monitoring, and procedural assistance
  • Ensure accurate imaging and radiological services in conjunction with interventional cardiology and radiology cases
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain high standards of patient care and procedural safety
  • Support electrophysiology interventions, managing technical device aspects during procedures
  • Respond to on-call needs for both routine and urgent radiological cases as scheduled

$2,813 - $2,976/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
