This travel position offers hands-on exposure to advanced cardiac and peripheral procedures, allowing you to work with state-of-the-art technology and enhance your resume. During your downtime, take advantage of hiking trails, local eateries, and vibrant culture, making every week both rewarding and adventurous.
Schedule:
- 4x10 Days (7:00am–5:30pm) or 5x8 (7:30am–4:00pm), as assigned
- On call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks (including holidays)
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks, with potential extension
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- 1.5–2 years’ experience in a Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab
- Travel experience required
- Licensed in WV, or eligibility with license pending (must post before start)
- Certifications: ARRT (required), ACLS, and BCLS; ARRT CI preferred
- Proficient in cath lab procedures and equipment: PACS, Siemens, Vascular Closure Systems, and more
Preferred Skills:
- Electrophysiology (EP) Lab and Interventional Radiology experience
- Advanced cardiac and peripheral procedural expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and assist during cardiac/interventional procedures
- Monitor, document, and scrub for physician
- Operate and maintain high-tech imaging equipment
- Maintain compliance with regulations and in-service education
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of isolation precautions, rapid response, and safety protocols
