Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00am – 5:30pm, four 10-hour shifts per week
- No block scheduling
- Call: One night per week (5:00pm – 7:30am) and every fourth weekend (Friday 5:00pm – Monday 7:30am)
Enhance your Cath Lab experience in a facility handling over 10 cases per day across three state-of-the-art rooms. This setting offers professional growth by participating in procedures such as structural hearts, left heart and peripheral vascular cases, ECMO, Impella, and electrophysiology studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub, run image intensifiers, and assist with fluoroscopy.
- Prepare patients, calibrate lab equipment, and collect diagnostic data.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated electrical equipment.
- Provide care from adolescent to geriatric patients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to stringent safety protocols and proper PPE use.
- Support lab operations, including supply management and accurate procedure documentation.
- Administer medication under pressure and assist with emergency patient care decisions.
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification required.
- Vocational/Technical Degree in RCIS, Radiology Tech, or accredited Electrophysiology program (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Mechanical skills for high-tech lab equipment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and participate in on-call rotations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Analytical abilities to respond quickly in emergent situations.
