Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patient status, responding swiftly to changes and emergencies.
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Accurately document procedures, images, and patient data following facility guidelines.
• Ensure a sterile environment is maintained in the procedure room.
• Provide patient education before, during, and after procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cath Lab Tech, preferably with experience in cardiac imaging.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist program.
• Current ARRT or RCIS certification required.
• State licensure (if applicable) and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to function efficiently in fast-paced acute care settings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise protocols.
