Experienced imaging professionals with a background in Cath Lab technology are invited to contribute their expertise to a specialized healthcare setting. This contract position offers the chance to work alongside a skilled interdisciplinary team, utilizing advanced imaging techniques to deliver high-quality patient care.

Schedule:

  • 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
  • 07:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • On-call responsibilities: Two weekends per month and 1–2 call nights per week, to be further discussed in the interview process
  • Holiday coverage: One holiday per contract, if required

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Tech with comprehensive knowledge of imaging protocols, equipment operation, and patient safety standards
  • Current certification and licensure as required by industry standards for Cath Lab Technologists
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise image acquisition and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff
  • Flexibility to adapt to call schedules, weekend rotations, and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate state-of-the-art imaging equipment to assist with cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and adherence to safety protocols
  • Perform and document studies, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic goals
  • Maintain sterile fields and adhere to strict infection control procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment and collaborate closely with the cath lab team on case setup and workflow
  • Respond promptly to on-call needs and emergent situations during scheduled times
