Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS, ARRT, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Proficiency in imaging for cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, and related procedures
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong knowledge of imaging equipment operation and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Assist physicians during catheterizations and other cardiac-related procedures
- Ensure patient safety and monitor vital signs throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the care team for optimal outcomes
- Adhere to facility protocols and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety
