Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Miami Beach, Florida

A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled Imaging Cath Lab Technician to contribute expertise in a dynamic cardiac catheterization environment. This contract role requires proficiency in advanced cardiovascular imaging and interventional procedures within a well-equipped hospital setting.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional coronary catheterizations, structural heart procedures, peripheral interventions, and electrophysiology studies. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, including MacLab, GE, and Philips systems, while utilizing Meditech for documentation. Supporting a patient ratio of 3:1, you will ensure thorough, compassionate patient care during day shift hours, with occasional call coverage for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
• Certification as Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Technician with Cath Lab experience
• Proficiency in cath lab procedures including coronary, peripheral, and structural interventions
• Ability to work independently yet collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Critical thinking skills and adaptability to a fast-paced healthcare environment
