Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist | Miami Beach, Florida

Deliver advanced patient care in a high-paced cardiac environment, providing vital imaging and technical support within a dynamic team setting. As a specialist in the Cath Lab, you’ll work closely with cardiovascular professionals to perform a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures using modern equipment, including MacLab, GE, and Philips systems. The unit operates with a strong emphasis on collaboration, quality, and compassionate care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift staffing
• Evening and weekend call coverage required

Qualifications:

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Credentials as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Tech
• Proven experience in cath lab imaging with familiarity using Meditech for documentation
• Demonstrated critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function well independently and within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with cath, interventional coronary, structural heart, and peripheral procedures
• Operate advanced imaging technology to ensure optimal visualization and care during procedures
• Deliver thorough, accurate documentation using the Meditech system
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
• Adhere to call rotation for evenings and weekends
• Uphold all hospital and industry safety standards at all times

Other Details:

• Scrub attire provided as per hospital dress code (OR scrubs)
• Work alongside a skilled staff team in a 33-bed unit with a supportive patient-to-staff ratio of 3:1
