Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - Miami Beach, Florida

Step into a vital role within a dynamic cardiac care environment, delivering advanced imaging and technical support in a busy catheterization lab. Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care utilizing top-of-the-line equipment, including MacLab, GE, and Philips systems, with documentation completed in Meditech.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift (no night shift requirements)
• Evening and weekend call coverage required

Key Qualifications:

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Background as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Technologist
• Experience with catheterization procedures, interventional coronary cases, structural heart interventions, and peripheral interventions
• Strong critical thinking skills with the flexibility to adapt to a high-paced clinical setting
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Compassionate approach to patient care

Typical Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and interventions including electrophysiology procedures
• Operate imaging equipment such as MacLab, GE, and Philips in support of interventional procedures
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control throughout all procedures
• Accurately document all procedures and patient responses using the Meditech system
• Collaborate with other staff on the 33-bed unit, maintaining a patient ratio of 3:1, and supporting colleagues as needed

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
