Advance your radiologic technology expertise working in a cutting-edge cardiac catheterization environment. This contract opportunity seeks a skilled professional with experience in imaging, specifically as a Cath Lab Tech, to deliver top-tier patient care for a leading healthcare institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure accurate, timely imaging for diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Prepare the lab for scheduled procedures, ensuring all supplies and instruments are ready
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, patient privacy standards, and infection control practices
  • Document all procedures, patient information, and imaging results accurately in medical records
  • Assist in on-call rotation and respond to emergent cases as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech, with strong imaging skills
  • Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT, RCIS or equivalent preferred)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Strong understanding of cardiac catheterization, angiography, and related procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to precise documentation and patient safety

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract assignment with scheduling details to be discussed during interview
