Shift Options:

  • 4x10 Days: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • 5x8 Days: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (flex as needed)

On-call:

  • 1 weekday per week
  • 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks (includes holidays)

Contract length: 13 weeks, with potential for extension. Start date: ASAP.

In this role, you’ll perform advanced procedures within diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath labs, as well as peripheral endovascular intervention. Engaging with a cross-functional medical team, you’ll gain exposure to various protocols and leadership styles, strengthening your clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with and perform cardiac cath lab procedures (e.g., stent placement, diagnostic catheterizations, PCI, PTCA)
  • Operate and maintain high-tech equipment (Siemens, PACS), manage supplies
  • Prep and monitor patients hemodynamically during procedures; accurate documentation
  • Scrub and circulate in procedures while maintaining a sterile field
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias
  • Observe safety and isolation precautions; complete mandatory training, competency, and ACC requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • Minimum 1.5–2 years’ experience in diagnostic cardiac/interventional cath lab
  • ARRT (R), BLS, and ACLS certifications (CI preferred)
  • WV Medical Imaging License (may apply with pending license)
  • Proficiency in procedural responsibilities listed above
  • Previous travel healthcare experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Electrophysiology (EP) Lab and Interventional Radiology settings
