Experience a rewarding opportunity supporting cardiac care in a leading acute care facility renowned for high-quality patient outcomes and a dynamic work environment. As a Cath Lab Tech in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will contribute to exceptional patient care, utilizing advanced equipment and benefiting from an experienced, supportive team.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- STEMI call required approximately 10–12 days per month
- Self-scheduling options available
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Previous Cath Lab experience (including Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Advanced skills in PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP
- Familiarity with procedures such as TAVR, PFO, atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, implants, DCCV, and TEE
- Experience with GE Innova, Impella, MacLab, and Meditech preferred
- Strong commitment to patient safety and comfort
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
- Manage equipment and monitor patient status during procedures
- Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff for seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate electronic records in MacLab and Meditech systems
- Float as needed to electrophysiology (EP) and stress lab departments
- Ensure compliance with infection control and unit guidelines
