Deliver exceptional patient care as a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Invasive Technologist for a contract position. This opportunity focuses on providing advanced imaging support within a cardiac catheterization lab, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Schedule:

  • 17-week assignment
  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Participation in on-call rotation, including every third weekend
  • Additional on-call requirements for two weekdays during the week

Qualifications:

  • Current BLS and ACLS certification
  • RT(R) or RCIS credential required
  • Proven experience supporting interventional cardiology and vascular procedures in a Cath Lab setting
  • Proficient with imaging equipment and sterile technique
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment to assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Prepare, assess, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintain a sterile field and ensure patient safety throughout interventions
  • Document procedural details and patient observations accurately and promptly
  • Respond efficiently to emergencies or changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and facility protocols
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 patient care coverage
