Qualifications/Experience:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS certification required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech
- Proficiency in cardiac and vascular interventional procedures
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced clinical environments
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures
- Operate imaging equipment for accurate diagnostics
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Accurately document patient records and procedural information
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
