Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
• Accurately position patients and utilize proper techniques to ensure diagnostic quality images
• Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures, maintaining strict adherence to sterile protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond proactively to changes during procedures
• Prepare, calibrate, and maintain imaging and laboratory equipment according to safety standards
• Maintain precise records, including procedural documentation and inventory of supplies
• Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with proficiency in advanced imaging within the cath lab
• In-depth understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy and procedural protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure clinical scenarios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
