Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech, with a strong background in cardiac and vascular imaging procedures
• Proficiency in operating imaging systems and equipment used in the cath lab setting
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent credentials
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, with ACLS preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of sterile techniques and safety standards
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and patient-care abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to a collaborative clinical team and high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare imaging suites and ensure all equipment functions optimally before procedures
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiograms and interventions
• Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation and adhere to facility protocols
• Safeguard patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging studies
• Manage and process images for interpretation, ensuring clarity and proper labeling
• Participate in quality control, inventory management, and routine equipment maintenance
