Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time: 4 x 10-hour shifts
  • Rotating call, with weekend, on-call, holiday, and floating coverage as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ Cath Lab experience
  • Certification: ARRT or RCIS required
  • Strong independent judgment and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Experience mentoring or precepting new clinical staff is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced cath lab duties in diagnostic and interventional procedures per department protocols and provider orders
  • Utilize evidence-based methodology and promote best practices for patient safety and quality care
  • Provide orientation and hands-on learning for new or transferring staff, serving as a role model for clinical excellence
  • Support professional development within the department and facilitate seamless onboarding of new physicians
