Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 10-hour shifts
  • Call requirement: one day per week and every 4th/5th weekend
  • Strict 75-mile radius requirement

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with strong imaging proficiency
  • Credentialing in Cath Lab Tech procedures and advanced cardiac imaging
  • In-depth knowledge of Cath Lab protocols, safety, and patient comfort measures
  • Adaptability and composure in acute care situations
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff
  • Credentialing and certification current and in good standing

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, operate, and maintain imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Monitor patient status and assist with patient preparation and recovery in the Cath Lab environment
  • Adhere strictly to radiation safety standards and medical protocols
  • Provide accurate imaging results to support physician decision-making
  • Document procedures and maintain comprehensive electronic medical records
  • Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled to ensure seamless service coverage
  • Communicate effectively with cardiology and radiology teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
