Key Qualifications:
- Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent required
- Proven experience in interventional cardiovascular procedures and imaging
- Proficiency with imaging equipment and safety protocols in a Cath Lab setting
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and clinical teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity scenarios
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging technology to assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Ensure accurate imaging and appropriate patient positioning for procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to provide seamless patient care
- Manage and maintain Cath Lab equipment, reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory and safety standards at all times
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of procedures and patient data
- Support patient care before, during, and after procedures as needed
- Facilitate patient assessments and assist with monitoring during procedures
