Key Qualifications:

• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including knowledge of cardiovascular imaging and interventional procedures
• Proficient in operating imaging equipment and assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and radiation safety measures
• Ability to monitor patient vital signs and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with complex cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparation of the lab and necessary equipment
• Operate fluoroscopy and other specialized imaging equipment during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Adhere to strict protocols for infection control and patient safety at all times
• Document patient information and procedural details accurately in accordance with facility standards
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, responding promptly to changes or complications
• Manage inventory of supplies and assist with restocking and equipment maintenance
