Qualifications and Experience:

• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Previous experience as a Cath Lab Technologist strongly preferred
• Familiarity with imaging equipment and current Cath Lab procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment within the Cath Lab
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheterizations and angioplasties
• Prepare and support patients throughout procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Adhere to all infection control and quality assurance protocols
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
• Participate in on-call rotations and potential overtime as needed
