Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment for cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist physicians during invasive and diagnostic cardiovascular procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterility and safety protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning, education, and monitoring throughout the process
• Monitor hemodynamic data and document findings accurately in the medical record system
• Collaborate with nursing staff, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals for seamless case flow
• Respond swiftly to emergent clinical situations within the Cath Lab setting
• Maintain equipment quality control and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist (imaging or related discipline)
• Valid certification as a Cath Lab Tech or equivalent, based on state and national regulations
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, imaging techniques, and sterile practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced procedures and changing patient needs
• Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation
