Schedule:
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Days: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or Radiologic Technologist with Cath Lab experience
- Previous hands-on experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Strong understanding of imaging equipment, sterile procedures, and cardiac anatomy
- Ability to monitor patients, assist with procedures, and respond in critical situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists and medical staff during diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures
- Operate specialized imaging and monitoring equipment, ensuring clarity and accuracy of imaging results
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to strict infection control standards
- Prepare patients for procedures, including obtaining consents and educating them about the process
- Document patient data and procedural outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
- Participate in emergency response protocols and provide rapid support as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment is functioning optimally for every procedure
