Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - Prattville, Alabama

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour daytime shifts: 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with a strong background in imaging procedures related to cardiac catheterization
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and familiarity with the latest interventional cardiology techniques
• Valid certification in Cardiovascular Technology (RCIS or equivalent) preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate specialized imaging equipment used in cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures with accurate imaging and technical assistance
• Monitor patient vitals and document procedural details accurately
• Maintain and calibrate cath lab equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Participate in pre-procedure and post-procedure care, ensuring all protocol and safety guidelines are upheld
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
