TRAVEL CATH LAB TECHNOLOGIST – PRESTONSBURG, KY

Soliant is looking for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a travel contract in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. This is a 4x10 day shift with a strong mix of diagnostic and interventional cardiology, plus the opportunity to cross-train in EP.

Weekly Pay: $3,046–$3,446
2+ years of experience required
Must live 75+ miles from the facility
M–F schedule with 1 rotating weekday off
Call: 8–15 days/month + 1 weekend every 3 weeks
Must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts

POSITION OVERVIEW:

You'll work across two Cath Labs with rotation into the EP Lab. The department averages 8–10 procedures per day and handles approximately 6–8 STEMI cases per month.

Responsibilities include scrubbing diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases, table panning, and assisting with devices and tools such as Impella, balloon pumps, Shockwave, EKOS, Penumbra, and ACIST injectors. Experience with pacemakers, ICDs, and peripheral procedures is also valuable.

EP cross-training is available.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of Cath Lab experience
ARRT required
AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required
Kentucky license required, or willingness to apply immediately after accepting an offer
Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted
Ability to float within scope
