Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assist with a variety of procedures including cardiac catheterizations, PCI (STEMI), peripheral vascular interventions, pacemaker placements, and interventional radiology procedures
- Accurately monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data during procedures
- Provide direct procedural assistance to physicians throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases
- Assess and manage vascular access sites, reporting findings and concerns to the physician promptly
- Ensure patients are thoroughly prepared for procedures and provide comprehensive pre-procedural care and education
- Adhere to established on-call protocols specific to the Cath Lab environment
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with facility guidelines
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with a focus on imaging within a cardiac or interventional radiology environment
- Proficiency in preparing for and assisting with a variety of cardiovascular and interventional procedures
- Ability to monitor and interpret hemodynamic data accurately
- Strong knowledge of vascular access assessment and management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Current applicable certifications and licensure
