Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or Radiologic Technologist with cath lab experience
• ARRT or equivalent accreditation required
• Proven experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory
• In-depth understanding of imaging equipment used in interventional cardiovascular procedures
• Current BLS certification; advanced certifications (ACLS) preferred
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality images for physicians
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures, promptly communicating changes to the medical team
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulations
• Participate in emergency response efforts as needed during cath lab procedures
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
