Here, you will collaborate with other expert technicians and RNs across five specialized suites, gaining hands-on experience with advanced imaging and a wide spectrum of cardiovascular, vascular, and neurological procedures. Exposure to various leadership styles and clinical protocols will drive your professional growth, enriching your résumé for future roles.
Schedule/Hours:
- Rotate call for inpatient and emergent cases: one weekday per week
- Weekend call: one weekend per month (Friday evening through Monday morning; subject to change based on unit needs)
Qualifications:
- Current experience in a cardiac cath lab (required)
- Certifications: ARRT, Fluoro, BLS (RCIS and CCT not accepted)
- Proficiency with STEMI cases, coronary, peripheral, vascular, and neuro interventions
- Skilled in conscious/moderate sedation, procedural processes, airway management, cardiac drips (e.g., Integrilin, dopamine, vasopressors), and balloon pump operation
- Team player; comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Responsibilities:
- Scrub or monitor hemodynamics during procedures
- Collaborate with RNs and Lead Techs to ensure seamless patient care
- Support cases ranging from routine to high-complexity interventions
- Rotate through assignments and handle varying daily case loads
