Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered or licensed Cath Lab Technologist
- Demonstrated expertise in invasive cardiovascular procedures and imaging technology
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting imaging equipment specific to the Cath Lab
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong understanding of radiation safety, sterile technique, and patient care best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a Cath Lab or comparable diagnostic environment preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and calibrate imaging equipment for a variety of cardiac procedures
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
- Monitor patients’ condition and document vital statistics before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols
- Accurately capture, process, and archive high-quality images
- Maintain detailed, timely procedure records in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
- Support inventory management for Cath Lab supplies and equipment
- Deliver professional and compassionate patient care at every stage
