Skills & Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (ARRT or RCIS preferred)
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or imaging center cath lab
- Proficiency with imaging equipment, sterile technique, and monitoring patient vitals during procedures
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
- BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) certifications required
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate cath lab imaging equipment for cardiac and vascular procedures
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures
- Monitor and record patient data, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain sterile field and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Provide support in emergency situations and post-procedural care
