Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • ARRT certification or equivalent registry
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Tech program
  • Prior experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and safety protocols
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality imaging studies during cardiac catheterizations and related procedures
  • Operate and maintain cath lab imaging equipment
  • Assist physicians in a sterile environment with all diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation
  • Monitor patient status and provide direct care as needed within the lab
  • Collaborate closely with nurses and technologists across multiple specialties
