Cath Lab Technologist - Sylvester, GA

Step into a vital role providing expert imaging services as a Cath Lab Tech. In this contract position, you will support a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, high-tech environment.

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10-hour shifts
• On-call 1 day per week, plus every 4th/5th weekend
• Strict requirement: candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech with current competencies in imaging technology and procedural support
• Strong understanding of interventional cardiology procedures and sterile techniques
• Certification and licensure as required for Cath Lab Technologists
• Ability to function effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with physicians, nurses, and patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality before, during, and after procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts
• Maintain sterile field and adhere strictly to infection control protocols
