Deliver important cardiac imaging support in a dynamic Cath Lab environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in imaging and a commitment to quality patient care.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm or 7:00 am–5:30 pm (4 ten-hour days)
- 40 guaranteed hours weekly
- On-call and some holiday coverage required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech
- Valid Rad Tech State Licensure and ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with both outpatient, inpatient, and emergent patient populations
- Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- EKG testing required upon submission
- Willingness to float to other Cath Labs as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment within the Cath Lab, ensuring precise diagnostic and interventional results
- Support physicians and nursing staff during cardiac catheterization and related procedures
- Maintain patient safety through proper imaging techniques and adherence to protocols
- Accurately document procedures using the EMR (EPIC Cupid)
- Participate actively in a team setting while delivering 1:1 patient care in a small unit (2 beds)
- Respond efficiently to urgent patient needs, including on-call requirements

$2,783 - $2,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
