Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Technologist in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in operating imaging equipment specific to cath lab procedures
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and radiation safety practices
• Credentialed through an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (ARRT or equivalent)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide critical imaging support during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Assist cardiologists with invasive procedures including angiograms, pacemaker insertions, and stent placements
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and supplies for all procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Perform quality assurance checks on imaging equipment and troubleshoot as needed
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
