Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting
• Proficiency in using cath lab imaging equipment and maintaining sterile technique
• Registered or registry-eligible (RCIS or ARRT with radiography or cardiovascular credentials strongly preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and common diagnostic/interventional cath lab procedures
• Ability to monitor hemodynamic data and document findings accurately
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Adaptable and able to excel in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract assignment with flexible daily shifts; overtime may be required to meet procedure demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the cath lab suite, ensuring equipment is functional and stocked
• Assist physicians throughout invasive cardiovascular procedures, anticipating needs and proactively supporting workflow
• Operate imaging systems during diagnostic and interventional cases
• Monitor patient vital signs and document hemodynamic data throughout procedures
• Apply sterile technique and uphold infection control practices during all clinical activities
• Participate in on-call rotation as required, responding rapidly to emergent case needs
