Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position; typical hospital hours with potential for variable shifts based on patient care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and equipment for catheterization laboratory procedures.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment to assist physicians during cardiovascular interventions.
- Monitor patients' status and vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
- Accurately document procedures, imaging results, and patient information.
- Support the Cath Lab team with setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring readiness for emergency cases.
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT or RCIS certification.
- State licensure for imaging technologist, if required.
- At least one year of recent experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, angiographic techniques, and patient monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start).
