Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in CT imaging
- Current ARRT (CT) certification required
- Active state licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Recent experience in a hospital or acute care imaging environment
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols, safety practices, and patient privacy regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Schedule:
- Contract position; specific schedule to be provided during the interview process
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality CT scans according to physician orders, ensuring accurate, timely results
- Prepare and position patients appropriately, confirming safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the care team to support diagnostic and treatment decisions
- Monitor equipment for proper function, reporting any concerns or maintenance needs
- Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and abide by hospital and regulatory compliance standards
- Deliver compassionate care, addressing patient questions and concerns professionally
