Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with flexible scheduling options

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans in compliance with physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and address any questions or concerns to ensure comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain advanced CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and adherence to safety protocols
• Accurately document procedures, patient interactions, and findings in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Monitor and maintain inventory for imaging supplies and report equipment malfunctions as needed
• Contribute to positive patient outcomes by adhering to best practices in infection control and patient privacy

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• ARRT certification in CT required, with active licensure and credentials as mandated by state guidelines
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting, demonstrating independent proficiency in CT imaging
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Familiarity with operating within a Joint Commission-accredited facility is a plus
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compassionate care environment
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) is preferred
