Key Qualifications:

• Certification in CT imaging (ARRT CT or equivalent)
• ARRT (R) certification and active state radiologic technologist licensure
• Extensive experience with CT procedures, protocols, and patient safety
• Ability to perform scans for diverse services, including cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, and emergency care
• Familiarity with the standards of a Joint Commission Accredited Primary Stroke Center is a plus
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Current BLS certification

Schedule:

• Contract assignment (specific scheduling details provided during interview process)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality cross-sectional images of patients for diagnostic purposes
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure accurate imaging
• Provide care for a wide range of patients (including emergency, surgical, inpatient, and outpatient)
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety requirements
• Document patient information and imaging records clearly and accurately
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot as needed to minimize downtime
• Support a welcoming and professional environment while demonstrating compassion and respect for all patients
