Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position
• Flexible scheduling may be available based on patient volumes and department needs

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Imaging, specifically with CT scanning
• Valid and current ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent credential
• Experience in acute care hospital settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient safety, and radiation protection procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment
• BLS certification required

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans with accuracy, adhering to orders from physicians and established protocols
• Ensure clear imaging for effective diagnosis and follow-up care
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, addressing minor technical issues when necessary
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and ensure safety throughout procedures
• Assist with efficient patient workflow and timely completion of imaging exams
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff regarding imaging findings
• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance standards
