Step into a key imaging role providing essential CT scan services in a high-acuity healthcare setting. This contract position offers the chance to work with advanced technology alongside experienced professionals dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

  • 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
  • Includes every third weekend rotation

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT Certification with CT credential required
  • Demonstrated competency in computed tomography (CT) imaging techniques
  • Previous experience in hospital or clinical environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Commitment to following safety protocols and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT procedures according to physician orders
  • Ensure correct patient positioning, technique selection, and accurate image capture
  • Review and verify exam requests, patient history, and pertinent data prior to imaging
  • Maintain clean and organized work environment and equipment
  • Monitor patient condition, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all departmental policies, infection control measures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide clear communication, education, and reassurance to patients regarding procedures
