This sought-after travel opportunity in Atlanta's fast-paced imaging department spotlights your value as a CT Technologist. Working with two advanced Siemens CT scanners enhanced for interventional procedures, you'll collaborate with a skilled team dedicated to exceptional patient care. This role offers direct exposure to a broad spectrum of diagnostic and interventional cases in an environment that prioritizes professional growth, leadership development, and state-of-the-art practices. First-time travelers are encouraged—scrubs are provided, so you're workplace-ready!

Schedule/Hours:

  • Rotating afterhours and weekend call (approximately every 5 weeks with current staffing)

Qualifications:

  • ARRT CT and BLS certifications required
  • ARRT R certification preferred
  • Experience with adult acute care, adult outpatient, ICU, and PACS
  • Proficiency in Siemens CT, contrast studies (abdomen, pelvis, chest, head, neck, vascular), radiation safety, preparations and administration of contrast media, aspirations, biopsies, brain perfusion, drainage procedures, and EPIC documentation
  • Preferred: Emergency department experience, colorectal and cardiovascular CT, trauma studies, starting IVs/venipuncture, musculoskeletal trauma, additional interventional procedures, and isolation precautions

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostic and interventional CT procedures for a diverse patient population, primarily in an oncology setting
  • Prepare and administer contrast media safely
  • Assist with interventional studies, biopsies, and drainage procedures
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation using EPIC
  • Participate in rotational afterhours and weekend call
  • Uphold high standards of patient safety, comfort, and care

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
