Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of general CT scans, including chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, and pediatric exams, ensuring high-quality image production.
• Conduct CT angiographies (CTAs) with comprehensive post-processing.
• Deliver timely and efficient care for trauma patients, ensuring rapid scan completion and analysis.
• Complete post-processing of imaging studies promptly, maintaining workflow in busy settings.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to minimize radiation exposure for patients, oneself, and supporting staff, adhering to industry best practices.
• Handle medications during distribution or administration and access secured drug storage areas as necessary within job scope.
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in coordinating radiology care across diverse clinical settings.
• Uphold departmental protocols and quality standards for imaging.

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiography, with advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist performing general scans and trauma imaging.
• Familiarity with handling and administering medications within a hospital imaging environment.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
