This travel engagement is perfect for an experienced Imaging-CT professional eager to enhance clinical skills and gain exposure to a range of healthcare practices. Work alongside accomplished clinicians and take part in varied departmental routines, broadening your perspective on advanced imaging protocols and patient-centered care.

Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
  • 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of CT procedures using prudent judgment and technical expertise.
  • Verify clinician orders, obtain clinical histories, and assess for contraindications.
  • Adhere strictly to safety standards, ensuring patient comfort, privacy, and accurate identification.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and minimal radiation exposure.
  • Respond to emergencies, participate in crash cart restocking, and follow all infection control procedures.
  • Communicate procedure details clearly to patients and collaborate effectively with the care team.
  • Accurately complete all documentation, send images to PACS, and ensure proper log maintenance.
  • Participate in department training and orientation programs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Valid ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications; BLS certification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology; CT experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation, professionalism, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Mastery of CT positioning, anatomy/pathology knowledge, and adherence to quality control standards.
