An opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging professional skilled in CT and PET technology, with a strong emphasis on Cardiac Nuclear Medicine and Oncology imaging. This contract role spans 13 weeks and begins in June. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality PET/CT imaging services in a collaborative environment, utilizing Siemens equipment and floating between Barre, Berlin, and Rutland locations.
Schedule and Hours:
- Day shifts only, with no weekend requirements
- Alternating weekly schedule:
- Week 1: 5 days per week
- Week 2: 3 days per week
- Shift lengths vary between 8 and 10 hours
- 40 hours guaranteed each week
Qualifications:
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- Vermont state radiology license (applications welcome if you’re willing to obtain this)
- Experience with oncology and cardiac PET imaging (RB82 generator), or willingness to be trained
- Proficiency in operating Siemens PET/CT systems
- Commitment to being a strong team player and supporting cross-site coverage
Responsibilities:
- Perform PET/CT imaging, focusing on both cardiac and oncology exams
- Ensure accurate operation of Siemens imaging systems
- Comply with safety and regulatory standards at all times
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing reliable and compassionate patient care
- Float between designated Vermont locations (Barre, Berlin, Rutland) as required
