Elevate patient care by providing advanced CT imaging services alongside a collaborative radiology team. This contract position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in computed tomography will directly contribute to top-quality patient diagnostics.

Schedule:

  • 13-week assignment
  • Three 12-hour shifts per week
  • Days, 10:00am – 10:30pm
  • Rotating schedule: Wednesday through Friday

Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT(CT) certification required
  • Oregon state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT scanners
  • Comprehensive understanding of CT protocols, radiation safety, and patient care best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders
  • Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and explanation of imaging procedures
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process, following all regulatory and facility guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical staff to optimize workflow and imaging quality
  • Document procedures, maintain patient records, and manage imaging files within hospital information systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and adhere to infection control standards
