Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for procedures, confirming identification and explaining imaging steps to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and assess patient condition during scans, responding promptly to any concerns
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and imaging data using hospital systems
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of CT equipment, reporting malfunctions as necessary
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols regarding radiation and infection control

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist and advanced certification in CT (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
• Active, unrestricted license for radiology practice in the state
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating modern CT imaging systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure optimal image quality
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care and confidentiality
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical CT imaging settings is highly desirable
