Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Valid state radiologic technologist license (or eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of recent CT imaging experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong working knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT protocols
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Excellent communication, patient care, and organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and imaging department standards
• Operate CT equipment safely, following radiation protection protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimum patient care
• Educate patients on procedures, ensuring comfort and answering questions
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain imaging records
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in equipment care
