Skilled imaging professionals with advanced CT experience are sought for a contract radiology position supporting a diverse patient population from newborn through geriatric. This opportunity plays a vital role in ensuring quality diagnostics and patient care, contributing to department efficiency and workflow. Flexibility is essential—shifts alternate between 36 and 48 hours each week.
Schedule/Hours:
- Alternating weekly shifts: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next
- New Employee Orientation is held exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program or equivalent
- At least two years of post-graduate hospital radiologic experience
- Proficiency with CT angiography
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ARRT certification (CT registered or board eligible)
- Computer skills preferred
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination required
- Immunization documentation for Hepatitis A/B, Varicella, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tdap, and Polio (or titers/records)
- Ability to successfully complete background checks, drug screening, and competency assessments
- Submission of required onboarding documents prior to travel
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and radiographic exams on patients of all ages
- Contribute to continuity and quality of patient care, collaborating across clinical teams
- Support clerical and receptionist duties as needed to maintain department operations
- Adhere to all facility protocols and compliance standards
Additional Details:
- Shared housing provided; private units are not available and pets are not permitted
- Initial travel costs reimbursed upon arrival (flight itinerary required one week prior to orientation)
- Credential verification and onboarding must be completed before beginning travel
