Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent credentials
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating CT and PET/CT scanners
  • At least one year of recent experience in imaging, specifically in CT and PET/CT modalities
  • In-depth knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient positioning techniques
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care
  • Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of CT and PET/CT scans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
  • Review and verify physician orders, patient identification, and clinical history before imaging
  • Calibrate and operate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and image quality
  • Process and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory and departmental standards
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize workflow and patient outcomes

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
